BellaEllaBoo, Inc. Garment Detail

All BellaEllaBoo, Inc garments and ring slings are crafted of new and high-quality 100% designer cottons or 100% designer dupioni silks. BellaEllaBoo, Inc. recommends washing the cotton items on a delicate cycle and in cold water, tumble dry or dry on low heat or lay flat to dry. All 100% dupioni silks are to be dry cleaned only!

All items are crafted in a non-smoking home. All ribbons are treated to prevent fraying. BellaEllaBoo, Inc. items are made in small quanities to provide the highest level of quality. We do our utmost to ensure that all items are sent and received as timely as possible.

Payment

PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Money orders and Personal Checks are accepted but items will not be shipped until the check is cleared.

Return &/or Exchange Policies

BellaEllaBoo, Inc will be happy to accept returns or exchanges, subject to the following conditions. All merchandise returns must be made within 7 days from the date of the receipt of merchandise. If you request a refund, your account will be refunded after returned item is received by BellaEllaBoo, Inc. for the amount of the purchased item minus your shipping cost.

All items must have original tags attached. All items must be unworn and in new condition. All items must include original packaging. All items must be protected while in shipping as we can not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in transit to us.

We are glad to exchange merchandise for a different size if in stock. If we do not have the item in stock, a store credit will be issued.

Any items that are purchased at a sale price will not be refunded. All "SALE" items purchased are FINAL.

Items that are custom made for you cannot be exchanged or refunded. Any items that are mongrammed or personalized cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom made product, every effort will be made to correct the issue.

Shipping Rates & Services

BellaEllaBoo, Inc. ships via US Postal Service's Priority Mail. All packages shipped within the United States will have a delivery notification to ensure guaranteed delivery.

All shipping on orders over $100.00 is free via US Postal Priority Mail in the continental United States.

Any orders for "Diaper Cakes" will have an additional handling fee of $12.00 due to the size of shipping cartons. This extra fee will be added to the price of the cake at the time of purchase.

Taxes

Taxes will be applied to amount of purchase if shipping address is in the state of Florida. All other states will not be charged for tax for the purchase amount of order.
